What Happens If My Card Cannot Be Charged At My Renewal Time?

You will immediately lose access until payment is received. If payment is not received within one month of the default date, your account will be suspended. It can be reinstated once your payment is received.

I Am Not In The United States, Can I Still Join?

I Subscribed But Then Decided I No Longer Wanted It, Can I Get A Refund?

We're unable to offer refunds for cancellations, as services are billed in advance and access ends upon cancellation. While we'd hate to see you leave, if you decide to cancel, we suggest doing so three days before your renewal date. This way, you can continue to enjoy our recipes until your subscription ends.

The Price I Pay And The Price My Friend Pays Is Different. Why Is That?

The subscription price may vary depending on when you sign up. If your friend subscribed during a promotional period with a discount code, their rate might differ from yours if you subscribed at a time without any promotions. However, regardless of when you both join, if you choose the same subscription plan, you'll receive the same benefits.
