REFUND POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us. By engaging us to offer services to you, you agree to be legally bound by this Refund Policy. Meal Maps reserves the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

2. REFUND

Meal Maps does not offer refunds. In the event you “cancel” your plan during the period in which you have already paid, you will continue to have access until the end of the said period. In the event you “abandon” a plan, you will lose access immediately and Meal Maps will not refund the money paid. If you abandon your plan during your billing cycle in order to switch to a different plan, you will be charged immediately for the new plan at the current rate with no proration occurring for either the plan you abandoned or the new subscription you selected. For this reason it is recommended to change plans at the end of the billing cycle.

3. SEVERABILITY

In the event any provision or part of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Refund Policy, will be inoperative.

4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
